Different By Design is a community-led collective whose mission is to support and empower individuals on the spectrum through creating a safe and inclusive space to provide educational programs, peer-support groups, community events, and health and wellness activities.

I am K
I am a neurospicy kiddo who loves cars, water activities, and tickles! I was diagnosed with autism at 21 months and didn't speak my first word until I turned 4. Our journey of learning, patience and waitlists started long before that and continues now.
That's why my family started this collective - to help other people like me and their families, who are looking for ways to help us thrive in reaching our full potential and find belonging in the community. We may be different, but we are not less.
